ABDUR RAHMAN

I embraced Islam at 19 and began practising seriously at 21. Early on, I realised something that changed everything.

If I truly wanted to connect with the Qur’an—not just recite it, but understand it—I had to master Classical Arabic.

I wasn’t interested in speaking fluently or learning dialects. My goal was simple; To understand what Allah was saying to me — directly.

 But every time I stood in Salah or read the Qur’an, I felt a painful disconnect. I was memorising verses and reciting beautiful words… but their meanings slipped through my fingers.

It felt like there was a wall between me and the Book of Allah.

That frustration lit a fire inside me. I made a commitment:

I would master Classical Arabic — no matter what it took. From online private lessons to over a decade at Umm Al-Qura University in Saudi Arabia, I went through it all.

I started from zero — completely lost — until I could break down every sentence in the Qur’an with clarity. Now, after over 10 years of learning and teaching, I’ve built a course designed for people just like you — Busy lives, real goals and a deep desire to truly understand the Qur’an.
